Moved reverse proxy from vm1 to vm5

This change is live (mind DNS cache).

Report any issues below

Impact should be low as long as API is still running on vm1.

Once API is moved (next week), port issues might arise.

access log moved from vm1 to vm5 as well, in case we want to see (non cached) hits.
