timezone confusion

Description

The API returns all times in (amongst others) ISO 8601 format with a Z designator, indicating that the time is provided in Zulu time, aka UTC. (API documentation even links to it:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601)

However, from my experimental investigation, apparently the timestrings are encoded in Belgian local time. Please correct.
